Coaching
Every member deserves attention. We coach movement, technique, progression, and effort so training is purposeful instead of random.
Port Chester Training Club was built around a simple idea. Give people great coaching, a place to challenge themselves, and a community they genuinely want to be part of.
I created Port Chester Training Club because I wanted to build the kind of gym I believe training should happen in. A place where people are actually coached, where every session has a purpose, and where no one gets lost in the crowd.
My approach to training is built around strength, conditioning, functional movement, and athletic performance. Whether I’m working with an athlete looking to become stronger and faster, someone training for the first time, or a member simply trying to feel and perform better in everyday life, the goal is the same: meet people where they are and help them make real, measurable progress.
I’m certified through NASM, CrossFit Level 1, and USA Weightlifting, and my coaching experience includes personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, and youth sports performance.
Classes are intentionally smaller, coaching is hands on, and attention to movement and technique matters. You’re not just showing up to complete a workout. You’re learning how to train better while becoming part of a community that wants to see you succeed.
PCTC is about more than workouts. I wanted to create a real community. A place where people know each other, support each other, and genuinely want to see the people around them succeed.
Training is hard, and it becomes a lot more meaningful when you’re surrounded by people who encourage you, push you, celebrate your progress, and keep you accountable.
My goal is for PCTC to be a place you look forward to coming to. A place where you can improve your health, become stronger, and challenge yourself, while also building relationships with people who become an important part of your life.
Some of the strongest friendships are built through shared experiences, hard work, and showing up for one another. I want PCTC to create more of those moments.
Everything at PCTC is built around three things that matter to us: quality coaching, a strong community, and consistent progress.
Every member deserves attention. We coach movement, technique, progression, and effort so training is purposeful instead of random.
We want people to know the names of the people training beside them, support each other, and build relationships that extend beyond the gym.
Progress looks different for everyone. Our job is to help you keep moving forward, build confidence, and become more capable over time.
